直接引语和间接引语讲解与练习(二）

Ⅰ. 直接引语是感叹句，变为间接引语时，可变为由what 或how 引导的宾语从句，也可为that引导的宾语从句。例如：

She said, “What a good teacher he is!”

→ She said what a good teacher he was.

或She said that he was (such) a good teacher / so good a teacher.

Ⅱ．直接引语是祈使句，变为间接引语时，可分以下两种情况：

1. 间接引语用带to的不定式表达，即引语动词“ask / request / tell / order / warn / advise等+名/代词+带to的动词不定式”结构。如：

He said, “Please come here again tomorrow.”

→He asked me to go there again the next day.

“Why not go out for a walk?” he asked me.

→He advised me to go out for a walk.

He said, “Let me help you.”

→He offered to help me.

2. 间接引语用V-ing 形式或从句形式。如：

The teacher said, “Let’s have a break.”

→ The teacher suggested our having a break.

The teacher suggested we (should) have a break.

1. “Would you mind opening the door?” he asked me.

Ⅱ. 汉译英（每空一词）。

1. 玛丽说她下月抵达重庆。

   Mary 　　　　 she 　　　　 arrive in Chongqing 　　　　 　　　　 　　　　.

2. 售货员问我是要那条红裙子还是那条绿裙子。

    The shop assistant 　　　　 me 　　　　 I bought the red skirt 　　　　 the green one.

3. 那间谍命令他把那人干掉。

       The spy 　　　　 　　　　 　　　　 kill that man.
